Peer-to-peer network and student coaching

In November 2019, Raido began collaborating with a Social & Health Care College on the development of a new dropout prevention program in Denmark.

The initial phase of the collaboration resulted in a joint pilot linking two key activities: a peer-to-peer mentor network and a tailored elective, aimed at providing professional tools for the student mentors to ensuring quality learning and a more vibrant and inclusive school community.

The two-folded goal is to engage both academically challenged new students as well as highly skilled and motivated senior students. The peer-to-peer mentor network is designed to not only reduce drop-outs but also to strengthen a shared sense of community and motivate students to excel.
